Salzburg - Cologne 2015
20 cyclists - 3 women and 17 men aged 14 to 70 - from Germany, Indonesia and Switzerland travelled 830 kilometres from Salzburg to Cologne between 29 June and 5 July 2015.
The longest stage was 144 kilometres, the shortest 97 kilometres. The first stage leads the retinue from Mozart's homeland to Mühldorf am Inn. The next stops were Ingolstadt, Feuchtwangen, Würzburg, Büdingen and Bad Marienberg before the grand reception on the Cologne Cathedral Plateau.
Thanks to DHL Express, the tour was accompanied by a catering van and a truck that served as a material store, bicycle garage and "broom van". As in the previous year, Konvex TV filmed the tour. The routes can be found here.
The Tour 2016 will cover 800 kilometres from London to Cologne from 14 to 20 August.
